Every poster is printed on 200gsm satin poster paper. It has a subtle sheen that keeps colours rich without the glare of a full gloss finish, and it frames beautifully behind glass.

We print A5, A4, A3, A2 and A1 on most designs. Available sizes are shown on each product page, and our poster size guide explains the exact dimensions in centimetres and inches.

Yes. Use Create your own poster to upload a photo or AI-generated image, check the print quality warning, choose a size and add it to your basket. We keep your uploaded file private and only use it to produce your order.

As a rule of thumb, aim for at least 150 DPI at your chosen print size. Our uploader checks this automatically and tells you if an image is too small for the size you have picked, so you can drop down a size or upload a higher resolution file.

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day where possible. Everything ships on Royal Mail 24, which usually arrives within 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. UK delivery is free on orders over £50.

A5 and A4 prints are sent flat in board-backed mailers. A3 and larger prints are rolled in rigid postal tubes with acid-free tissue. We use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever we can.

Standard catalogue posters can be returned within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law. Personalised and custom-photo posters are made to order and are exempt from the standard cooling-off period, but we will always replace anything that arrives damaged, faulty or printed incorrectly.

Start a case in our returns portal within 14 days of delivery and upload a photo of the damage. We reprint and resend free of charge once the evidence is reviewed, usually the same working day.

Yes. Personalised products have a form where you type the names, dates or wording you want. Your typed text is what we print, so please double check spelling before checkout.

Sign in to your account and open Orders to see status and tracking for every order placed with the same email address. You will also get a dispatch email with the Royal Mail tracking reference.
