We want you to love your print. If something's not right, here's how it works.

Faulty or damaged

If your print arrives faulty or damaged, we'll send a free replacement — no need to return the original. Just email a photo within 7 working days.

Changed your mind

Non-personalised, unused prints can be returned within 7 working days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost, and the print must arrive in sellable condition.

Personalised orders

Prints personalised with your photo, text or design are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the item is faulty — in which case we'll send a free replacement.

How to start a return

  1. 1. Email info@liquidinvitations.com with your order number, the item, and (for faults) a clear photo.
  2. 2. We'll confirm next steps within one working day — a replacement address for faulty items, or a return address for change-of-mind returns.
  3. 3. Once the return is received in sellable condition, we refund the original payment method within 5 working days.
