We collect the information you give us when you place an order or contact the studio - your name, delivery address, email, and payment details. We also collect basic technical data (browser type, IP, pages viewed) through cookies you accept. We do not sell personal data.

To take payment, print and dispatch your order, keep you updated on its status, and respond to any questions. With your consent, we may send occasional studio updates - you can unsubscribe from any email.

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies to understand what's working. You can change your preferences at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Payment processors (Shopify/Shop Pay, Stripe), our delivery partner Royal Mail, and email providers acting on our behalf. All are contractually required to protect your data.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or restrict how we use it. Email us and we'll respond within one month.

When you open a return, we store the order number, email, item details, the reason you gave, and any photos or videos you upload as evidence. Evidence files are held in private storage, are only viewable by our studio team through the returns console, and are deleted 12 months after the case is closed. We use this information solely to assess and resolve your return, including sharing the minimum necessary with Royal Mail or our print partner.

Order records are kept for six years to meet HMRC requirements. Return cases and their evidence are kept for 12 months after closure. Marketing preferences are held until you withdraw consent.

You have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) - but please talk to us first, we usually sort things out quickly.
