How your order is packed
A5 and A4 prints are sent flat in stiff board-backed mailers so the corners stay crisp. A3 and larger prints are normally rolled in rigid postal tubes with acid-free tissue unless stated otherwise. We use recycled and recyclable packaging wherever we can.
Delayed or lost deliveries
Royal Mail 24 usually arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch, but occasional delays do happen - especially during bank holidays and busy retail periods. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll trace it for you.
To help us resolve things quickly, include your order number and the delivery postcode. If Royal Mail confirms the item is lost, we’ll reprint and resend at no extra cost. If a parcel arrives damaged, please send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement.
