- High-resolution images work best
- Avoid blurry screenshots
- AI-generated artwork is welcome
- 300dpi recommended where possible
- We may contact you if quality is too low

What file types can I upload?
JPG, PNG or PDF up to 20MB. AI-generated images are welcome.
Can I preview before I pay?
Yes — use the Preview button above the Add to cart action.
Can I return a personalised poster?
Personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty. If it's faulty, we'll replace it for free.
